Yes, the retreat provides transportation for group activities and excursions. Please not we do not provide airport pick-ups or drop off.
Can I bring my own yoga mat or hiking gear?
Absolutely! If you prefer to use your own yoga mat or hiking gear, you are welcome to bring them along. However, the retreat will provide this equipment.
What is the cancellation policy for retreat bookings?
Please check out the terms and conditions page before booking. The booking fee €100 is non-refundable if you decide to cancel. However, if you cancel 36+ days before the retreat you can change your date to a later date or use as a coupon voucher for yourself or a friend.
Can I participate in only specific activities and skip others?
While it’s usually encouraged to fully engage in all activities to make the most out of your retreat experience, you can discuss with the retreat organizers about customizing your participation based on your personal preferences and needs.

No there isn’t, if you feel your lacking fitness, we recommended speaking to a health fitness doctor before participating in a fitness retreat. This is for your own safety and well-being.

A: Yes, in our weekly itinerary we will include 1 or 2 day or night spa trips for relaxation facilities like saunas, hot tubs, spa pools and massage therapies to complement the active activities and promote overall well-being. ( This is an extra paid activity if you would like to participate)
